Medical Term of the Week

Carpal Tunnel Syndrome : The Carpal bone in your wrist is surrounded with nerves which can get compressed by repetitive work. When this happens Carpal Tunnel presents with tingling, pain, numbness, weakness, all in the wrist and hand. Surgery is used to correct this.

I was recently convinced that I had this, was freaking out, saw a girl on tv that texted alot and had carpal tunnel, but then I realized I went golfing. And I'm not a very good golfer so that explains the pain and numbness in my wrist!
